Rules
- Transport facilities are provided for the convienience of the students, although it is not an obligatory service of the school.
- Buses will be available only on the routes and at stops fixed by the school and any request for new stops will not be entertained. However, the school reserves the right to make any change if found inevitable.
- Students traveling by the school bus should compulsorily be in proper school uniform and in possession of ID card with proper bus number failing which, they will not be allowed to board the bus.
- Students must report at the scheduled stop 5 minutes before the starting time.
- Students must travel only by the bus allocated to them.
- No student will be allowed to board a bus other than the one alloted, unless he/she has written permission from the Admn. Officer/ Transport Incharge.
- If a student wants to get down at a different bus stop, he/she should submit a request signed by the parent to the Principal/Transport Incharge and obtain special permission for the same.
- The bus facility will be cancelled for those who damage any bus fittings or indulge in acts of misbehaviour/indiscipline in the bus.
- The School will not undertake any responsibility or liability whatsoever for delay, mechanichal disorder, breakdown, accidents, etc. during journey to and from the school.
- Eating, drinking or any game in the bus is strictly forbidden.
- Children proceeding on leave will also have to pay the bus fee along with the tuition fee for the period of leave.
- In case of misbehaviour in the bus, the teacher/driver is authorized to take immediate necessary steps and report the matter to the Admn. Officer/ Transport Incharge for further actions, if necessary.
- Boys and girls must sit seperately in the bus and maintain silence.
- When ever there is a special trip, buses will cover only a few common stops on the main roads in that area.
GPS
GPS system has been introduced in the transport system of DPS Aligarh. Now it would be easier to locate the bus as well as to record the speed of the vehicles. It is a step towards the quality assurance besides academic excellence.
We channalize the information within a short span of time anywhere at any time.
Wireless system
All of our buses are linked with wireless system through which the drivers communicate very easily with each other whenever required. It helps a lot in case of emergency.
